Lucille

I once read that Macca named this as his favourite tune. So how they managed to churn out so much bollocks I don't know.

This is in en homage  to my daughter. Whose name we obviously mis-spelt. And mis-named, as she was not born at daybreak. Consult your Latin Dictionaries. The Daughter of Delight probably will never come back to where she belongs.

Anyway, Richard Wayne Penniman crossed my mind, as indeed he may have crossed other borders, following my visit to the Rocky Horror Show. Research probably needed...

...this man must have influenced soul, rock and funk pioneers. The tune is just amazing, his control of the momentum predates the Godfather, James Brown. And James Marshall Hendrix played in his backing ensemble for a while.

Little Richard is definitely wearing lipstick at times. And I am now listening to 'Machine Gun'. Time to sleep.
